The saving amount or the cost of the product is not exchangeable/redeemable in cash.

Please allow 15 days to deliver your Products.

An Administrative Charge of Rs. 500 for Postage and Handling shall be levied to send the watch. This shall be deducted from your payable incentive, in case incentive is not payable, then it must be deposited with company favouring DewSoft Overseas Pvt. Ltd.

In case the package delivered by the Courier is found to tampered with, please do not accept the same.

Goods once delivered shall only be replaced within 15 days for any manufacturing defect, in an event of your finding any broken goods, please write an email immediately to c.care@planetdewsoft.com informing the same, on the same day of the delivery. Any further delay than the stipulated time shall not be entertained. Courier the Goods back to the company, Cost of this courier has to be borne by you. The company shall provide the replacement within 15 days of receipt of defective product.

Products shall only be delivered in INDIA in areas where courier service is available. For List of courier services, please click here. In case your area/city is not listed, please authorize your senior/upline to collect it from Delhi Office. Please email to c.care@planetdewsoft.com authorizing name, ID of the person authorized to collect the same. Please use your registered email ID for the same. For Nepalese Customers, The watches need to be collected from New Delhi Office only.

In case you are sending an email that is also registered with another ID not belonging to your family, the request shall not be entertained.
